Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop email management solution, which will grant you full control over your mailboxes and e-mail campaigns. With this easy-to-handle GUI, you can set up a new email account in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. Furthermore, you can redirect electronic mail messages from one email box to another, configure e-mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and defend your e-mailbox accounts against spam messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your e-mail box accounts against junk email messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unrequested electronic mails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your email messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a particular electronic mail account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are great for sorting your incoming e-mail messages on the basis of specific rules set by you. Setting up mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will go into effect immediately. You can quickly set up an e-mail filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and set the email filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming electronic mail messages from one e-mail box account to another, or even to several other mailbox accounts. Just select the email mailbox you would like to forward mail messages from, then select the destination email box and select if you wish to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly configure the mail client of your preference to access your mail accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the mail account you wish to set up on your PC or mobile phone and click on the electronic mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email account will be configured in a minute.
More Features
With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple mailbox accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also permit you to quickly create an auto-reply message - enter the message you want people to view and our system will do the rest. And if you want to set up a catch-all e-mailbox - you can do that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
