Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing email management tool, which will give you absolute authority over your email mailbox accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this easy-to-handle interface, you can create a new mail account in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. Moreover, you can redirect mails from one mailbox to another, finetune mail filters, set up auto-response messages and shield your email accounts against spam e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your mail accounts against junk mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unsolicited emails will find their way into your mailbox. Your e-mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message flagged as spam should be deleted or redirected to a given email mailbox.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are great for filtrating your incoming messages based on specific criteria specified by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can swiftly create a filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and change the email filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming e-mail messages from one email mailbox account to another, or even to several other e-mail box accounts. Just specify the e-mail box you wish to redirect email messages from, then specify the target e-mailbox and select if you want to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly set up the e-mail client of your choosing to access your e-mailboxes. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox account you wish to set up on your computer or cellular phone and click on the mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new mail account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager, managing multiple e-mail accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager GUI will also enable you to quickly create an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to see and our system will handle everything else. And if you want to configure a catch-all e-mailbox - you can achieve that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
