Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive e-mail management solution, which will give you absolute command over your email mailboxes and mail campaigns. With this user-friendly user interface, you can create a brand new electronic mail account in an instant and manage its settings easily. Plus, you can forward email messages from one mailbox to another, activate e-mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and guard your e-mailbox accounts against spam electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwanted emails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your electronic mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or redirected to a certain e-mail box.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are perfect for filtering your incoming electronic mails based on specific criteria defined by you. Creating mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantly. You can easily set up a mail filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and edit the e-mail filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming mail messages from one email box account to another, or even to a number of other email boxes. Just specify the electronic mail account you wish to forward e-mails from, then select the destination mailbox and indicate if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly set up the email client of your liking to access your e-mail accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the mail account you want to set up on your desktop computer or mobile device and click on the electronic mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mail box account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple e-mail boxes at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager GUI will also allow you to easily set up an auto-reply message - specify the message you want people to read and our system will take care of the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can achieve that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
